2. Nature of the Activity
The offered services consist of guided outdoor hiking activities in Gran Canaria.
Activities may include:

Mountain hiking

Ravine and trail walking

Optional nude hiking experiences (non-sexual in nature)
All activities take place in natural environments and involve inherent risks associated with outdoor sports.
3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be completed through the official website.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

A booking is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation at their discretion if necessary for safety, legal, or conduct-related reasons.
4. Minimum Group Size
Certain activities require a minimum number of participants to take place.
If the minimum group size is not reached:

Participants will be offered an alternative date, or
-
A full refund.
Participants from different dates may be consolidated into one group to ensure optimal group size.
5. Cancellation Policy
Participant cancellation:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity may be eligible for rescheduling (if offered).

Cancellations within 48 hours of the activity are non-refundable.
Organizer cancellation:
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify an activity due to:

Insufficient group size

Weather conditions
-
Safety concerns
-
Force majeure circumstances
In such cases, participants will be offered:

An alternative date, or
-
A full refund.
6. Insurance Coverage
All activities are covered by:

Professional Liability Insurance (Responsabilidad Civil)

Personal Accident Insurance (Accident Coverage)
Participants may be required to provide identification details after booking confirmation for insurance activation.
Insurance coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the contracted insurance provider.
7. Participant Responsibility
Participants confirm that:

They are in adequate physical condition to participate in mountain hiking activities.

They understand that outdoor activities involve inherent risks.

They agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the organizer.
Participants are responsible for bringing appropriate footwear, hydration, and required equipment.
8. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward:

Other participants

The organizer

The natural environment
Inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the activity without refund.
9. Nude Hiking Policy (if applicable)
Certain activities may involve social nudity.
Nudity in these activities is:

Based on mutual respect and discretion
The following is strictly prohibited:

Sexual activity

Harassment

Recording or photographing other participants without explicit consent
The organizer reserves the right to refuse or remove participants who do not respect the intended atmosphere of the experience.
10. Limitation of Liability
While all reasonable safety measures are taken, participants acknowledge that outdoor activities carry inherent risks.
The organizer is not liable for:

Injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions

Undisclosed medical conditions

Personal belongings lost or damaged during the activity
Liability is limited to the coverage provided under the contracted insurance policies.
11. Force Majeure
The organizer is not responsible for cancellations or modifications due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural hazards

Government restrictions
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain.
